Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Senior Business Analysis, business-facing role.
• Experience in the Education sector.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM systems analysis and administration (Salesforce).
• Experience with customer success systems (Gainsight).
• Document data flows and data maps.
