Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analysis, systems design and project management.
• Full project life cycle experience is mandatory.
• Has a good working knowledge of system integrations and data modeling.
• Demonstrated excellent understanding of business workflow.
• Understand concepts of software development lifecycle.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with SMEs and define functional and reporting needs.
• Produce and maintain project deliverables including entity models and detailed specs.
• Validate designs with users via proof of concept.
• Coordinate with IT architecture on complex implementations.
• Provide business domain expertise throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage project lifecycle following PMI guidelines.
• Define and enforce standards for quality and accuracy of design and testing.
• Perform unit and systems testing and assist in UAT.
• Monitor IT intake queue and categorize requests by effort.
• Develop business cases with stakeholders for IT Steering committees.
• Facilitate training and onboarding for new hires.
