Job summary

The Business Systems Analyst 2 leads and coordinates activities within the Office of Mental Health's Division of Medical Informatics to support, maintain, and enhance clinical and business systems. The role bridges business owners and IT staff to translate user requirements into system specifications, manages process documentation, and conducts quality assurance testing.

The incumbent will supervise Business Systems Analyst 1s and participate in formal change management and risk mitigation

Qualifications

• Seven years of business analysis experience in healthcare or health-related governmental entities, including requirement elicitation, process improvement, and requirements validation
• Experience developing test plans, test scenarios, and logical designs with ability to communicate with stakeholders
• Ability to document business processes and translate user requirements into written specifications for system implementation
