Your duties may include managing, developing, and running training systems, and creating learning paths. About the Role:
In this role as a Business Systems Analyst, you will:
- Elicit and document client business requirements.
- Develop and improve business processes, understanding client needs, and specifying these requirements clearly.
- Translate requirements into technical solutions, considering their impact on the business.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external customers, assessing needs using structured processes.

- Provide guidance on best practices.
- Analyze and improve existing processes and workflows.
- Develop and implement best practices and SOPs for tooling productivity.
- Prioritize key tools like Azure DevOps, Datadog, Cumulus, and Internal Developer Portal for enhancements.
- Support creation and enhancement of Power BI dashboards.
- Oversee data integrity across tools and platforms.
- Generate reports and analyze data for insights.
- Develop and deliver training programs on key tools.
- Coordinate with vendors for training sessions.
- Communicate information effectively to stakeholders via various materials and systems.
- Enhance self-service access to vendor training tools.
- Implement and enforce Azure DevOps compliance procedures with automation.
- Stay updated on technology trends to improve team capabilities.
About You:
To be a good fit, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of industry standards, best practices, and tooling for DevOps.
- Experience with AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, and Open Arena.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Office applications.
- Proven success in managing and integrating multiple tools and platforms.
- Developer experience with an understanding of software development processes.
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google, Oracle).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
