As part of the Enablement Operations team, you will work with teams across Thomson Reuters to ensure integration of key tools and platform standards. Your duties may include managing, developing, and running training systems, and creating learning paths. The ideal candidate is a self-starter capable of analyzing processes and issues quickly to provide solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of technology, excellent communication skills, development experience, and the ability to optimize operational efficiency.

About the Role:

In this role as a Business Systems Analyst, you will:

1. Elicit and document client business requirements.
2. Develop and improve business processes, understanding client needs, and specifying these requirements clearly.
3. Translate requirements into technical solutions, considering their impact on the business.
4. Maintain relationships with internal and external customers, assessing needs using structured processes.
5. Adhere to metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Manage change and communicate effectively during medium-level projects.
7. Implement process or product improvements as directed.
8. Gain a strong understanding of Thomson Reuters technologies, products, and services.
9. Ensure seamless integration and communication between tools and platforms.
10. Identify opportunities for enhancing tool interoperability and workflow efficiency.
11. Identify process and skill gaps and implement solutions.
12. Assist with the implementation of AI tools used by Thomson Reuters.
13. Create automation code for systems used by the team.
14. Apply knowledge of Power Platform to build applications.
15. Build relationships across teams and facilitate communication and collaboration.
16. Create and implement a customer satisfaction model.
17. Provide guidance on best practices.
18. Analyze and improve existing processes and workflows.
19. Develop and implement best practices and SOPs for tooling productivity.
20. Prioritize key tools like Azure DevOps, Datadog, Cumulus, and Internal Developer Portal for enhancements.
21. Support creation and enhancement of Power BI dashboards.
22. Oversee data integrity across tools and platforms.
23. Generate reports and analyze data for insights.
24. Develop and deliver training programs on key tools.
25. Coordinate with vendors for training sessions.
26. Communicate information effectively to stakeholders via various materials and systems.
27. Enhance self-service access to vendor training tools.
28. Implement and enforce Azure DevOps compliance procedures with automation.
29. Stay updated on technology trends to improve team capabilities.

About You:

To be a good fit, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of industry standards, best practices, and tooling for DevOps.
• Experience with AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, and Open Arena.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Office applications.
• Proven success in managing and integrating multiple tools and platforms.
• Developer experience with an understanding of software development processes.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google, Oracle).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in data management and reporting.
