We're seeking a detail-orientedBusiness Systems Analyst to join a growing team within the insurance sector. This role will play a key part in bridging business needs with technology solutions, working closely with stakeholders to drive enhancements, improve workflows, and ensure system integrity across a range of platforms and processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between business units and IT, translating requirements into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with end users to identify system inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.
• Analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements.
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams to support third-party system integration and data exchange.
• Support project management efforts including scoping, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, generating reports and insights for continuous improvement.
• Provide end-user support, training, and documentation as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Agile experience in Scrum Teams
• Process Mapping – with data being a part of that process.
• Strong understanding of insurance industry systems and processes is a big plus.
• Proficiency with business and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Visio, Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with system implementation and integration projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
