Job summary

The Stewart Organization is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to transform data into actionable insights and optimize reporting across the organization. You will lead data enrichment, standardization, and automation initiatives to support business decisions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, navigate ambiguous requirements, and provide end-to-end reporting across departments using SQL, Tableau, SSRS, and LaserFiche. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Irving, TX, requiring U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with full cycle report building, including requirements gathering, querying, and aggregating data, report rollout and upkeep.
• Experience building relationships and communicating with employees of all levels in the Organization.
• Experience with Data Visualization tools and techniques (Tableau and SSRS).

Responsibilities

• Query large datasets using SQL and transform them into meaningful reporting deliverables to meet needs across departments.
• Build out standardized SQL SSRS, SAP Crystal Reports, Tableau reports as needed by the business.
• Participate in the brainstorming and execution of Technology Transformation opportunities across the business.
• Maintain and update existing suite of reporting (Tableau, SSRS, LaserFiche).
• Manage flow of projects and requests, including communication with stakeholders.
• Develop and improve automated solutions that overcome business challenges.
• Be a subject matter expert for assigned systems, providing end user support for all levels of the Organization.
• Operate and manage data systems and system integrations.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will use your ongoing data curiosity to help us curate, cleanse, normalize, and evolve our data and business strategies. Your experience with data tools will enhance and implement data processes and enrichment protocols. You will be serving as an important team member on a variety of different projects and providing thought leadership to help optimize business practices and systems. You will report to the Business Intelligence Manager.

The Opportunity:

As a Business Systems Analyst your daily work will help employees make better decisions by providing clear, detailed metrics to teams and individuals across our organization. These projects can take many different forms and will require you to navigate through ambiguous requirements. By adding context and clarity to a team’s data, you will directly impact their continued success by facilitating the ability to monitor and evaluate our business. You will troubleshoot and improve our reporting and our business systems to maximize their impact, always looking for ways to create/improve automated solutions that overcome business challenges and promote a culture of collaboration and partnership with teams inside and outside of technology. Along the way, you will educate coworkers on the information and systems available to align their needs with available resources.

• Location: 5 days onsite in Irving
• Salary range: $50,000 - $65,000, depending on experience
• Full-time
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. W2 only, no corp-to-corp

The Day-to-Day

Qualifications:

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience
• Experience with full cycle report building, including requirements gathering, querying, and aggregating data, report rollout and upkeep
• Experience building relationships and communicating with employees of all levels in the Organization
• Experience with Data Visualization tools and techniques (Tableau and SSRS)

Preferred

• 2+ years of professional experience in a data-oriented role
• Coding experience in SQL and other supporting technologies
• Experience using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Experience developing and constructing LaserFiche Repositories, Templates, Forms and Workflows
• Experience using the Microsoft Power Platform Suite
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
• Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with strong business acumen
• Genuine excitement and passion for developing and analyzing large, complex data sets and converting them into the information/insight that drives business decisions at all levels of the organization.
