Job summary

Flipkart is seeking an Enterprise Business Analyst for a Full Time Permanent onsite role in Torrance, CA. You will configure Salesforce, build reports, and help design a data warehouse while collaborating with multiple teams to align reporting with KPIs.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years as an analyst, experience with Salesforce and either NetSuite or Sage Intacct, and strong data interpretation skills to drive strategic decisions in a growing organization.

Overview

This is a Full Time Permanent role, 5 days onsite in Torrance, CA. We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce configuration and report building, experience with NetSuite or Sage Intacct, and demonstrable skills in helping to build a data warehouse. Ideally, the candidate will also have experience in the behavioral health space. The successful candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and business acumen to drive strategic decisions and optimize processes within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Acts as Project Leader for the evaluation and implementation of new technology and/or capabilities.
• Provides systems analysis, business requirements, design, testing, and project management.
• Supports and optimizes business transformation across business teams.
• Works with key stakeholders to document and validate business objectives and requirements for implementation by technical teams.
• Analyzes business operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather and interprets data from various sources, including individual applications and data warehouses.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and business needs.
• Identifies Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and works with business leaders to define and refine them.
• Takes a hands‑on approach to troubleshooting complex process, functional, and application issues and manages these through to resolution.
• Applies best practice techniques to ensure that data integrity, internal controls, and audit trails are maintained throughout all applications and ensures that solutions are scalable to support a fast‑paced and growing environment.
• Develops, reviews and executes system test scripts and performs end‑to‑end testing of business processes.
• Develops user‑training guides, material, documentation and conducts training for end‑users on how to effectively use system features and related applications.
• Builds reports and dashboards within individual applications like Salesforce, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct.
• Harmonizes information from disparate sources and builds reports from the data warehouse.
• Works with business leaders to build reporting and dashboards to efficiently track and measure company performance against KPIs.
• Provides insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
• Assists in the development and implementation of business processes and systems enhancements.
• Communicates findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Builds trusting relationships with company leaders and subject matter experts to effectively understand and address business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a technology‑related field.
• 7+ years of experience working in an Analyst capacity.
• 2+ years of experience with relevant corporate applications (Salesforce required, NetSuite or Sage Intacct experience required).
• Certifications are a plus.
• Experience in the behavioral health space is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and report building.
• Demonstrable experience in helping to build a data warehouse.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems and processes.
• Knowledge of Agile process and tools such as Jira or DevOps is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven experience ensuring quality deliverables.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation skills.

Estimated Compensation: $160,000 - $175,000 Per Year
