- Act as the primary point of contact for diagnose and resolve WMS errors, data discrepancies, and interface/integration failures between the WMA and other systems (ERP, TMS, EDI/RF/scanning hardware)

- Lead new system implementation projects, including new warehouse and software setup, with other project managers and IT
- Map business requirements to WMS capabilities by configuring workflows for receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping

- Navigate WMS interfaces and modules for inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving
- Maintain documentation of known issues, workarounds, and resolution steps

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of Supply Chain, and or Project Management
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with SAP and WMS, or similar business systems and/or sales order management software applications
- Experience in working in a warehouse environment, primarily dealing with system analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under time pressure during live operational issues
- Detail-oriented, especially around data accuracy and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience in High tech, Telecom, or Consumer Electronics industry
