Job summary

Stahmanns Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to design and maintain databases, dashboards, and reporting tools supporting finance, operations, and farming teams. You will analyze data, build models, and help automate data flows across systems.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, cross-functional exposure, and opportunities to grow with the organization. Requires a data-centric mindset and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data analytics, CS, information systems, business analytics, math, stats, engineering or related field.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain databases using SQL and forms to collect data from business areas.
• Analyze financial and operational data using Excel, SQL, Power BI, R/Python.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for management decision-making.
• Collaborate with department leaders to understand processes and identify improvement opportunities.

Based near Las Cruces, NM, Stahmanns currently produces and cracks millions of pounds of pecans per year. We focus on quality and always strive to stay at the forefront of industry.The Business Systems Analyst develops and supports the data systems, reporting tools, and business applications that connect our financial and operational information.
