Job summary

Talentrix AI is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to partner with Product Owners and finance leaders to translate business needs into system requirements and delivery plans. You will support PeopleSoft Finance capabilities, process improvements, and the integration of finance systems.

The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing finance processes, documenting requirements, and enabling effective testing and training across stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with PeopleSoft Finance and corporate finance processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into epics, features and user stories.
• Experience coordinating integration projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owner and finance stakeholders to translate needs into system requirements and delivery plans.
• Analyze, maintain, enhance, and integrate PeopleSoft Finance capabilities.
• Document and optimize complex finance processes and data flows.
• Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and functional requirements.
• Support testing strategies, UAT, and regression testing; review results for alignment with requirements.
• Maintain system configuration and provide end-user training and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Owner to understand the needs of finance leaders, business stakeholders, and internal users
• Analyze, maintain, enhance, and integrate PeopleSoft Finance capabilities and related finance systems
• Build, document, and continuously improve complex finance business processes
• Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and functional requirements
• Facilitate backlog refinement and support sprint planning
• Develop test strategies, test scenarios, and test scripts
• Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing
• Review test results and confirm that changes meet business requirements
• Support PeopleSoft Finance configuration and functional administration activities
• Provide post-implementation support and end-user training
• Conduct descriptive and diagnostic data analysis to inform business decisions
• Create working system prototypes and process models
• Maintain accurate documentation of business processes and requirements
