Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking an experienced leader to drive systems development, testing, and project delivery in a hybrid role based in Collierville, TN. The position involves guiding requirements, configuring licensed business software, and delivering value through decision-support analyses.

The candidate will develop performance metrics, collaborate with users and developers, and maintain implemented solutions. Relocation support may be available based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years business or systems experience including systems program management and related skills.
• Experience with technology assessments, decision support, information business services, network design, database design and software requirements definitions.

Essential Functions

• Leads decision-support analysis and implement information business services.
• Develops measurements of performance and value creation.
• Leads the requirements gathering and configuration establishment for licensed, vendor-packaged business software systems, as applicable.
• Supports, maintains and/or administers implemented business system solutions, as deemed necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in quantitative business degree, supply chain management, information systems, or a related discipline.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years business or systems experience which includes systems program management, matching business requirements to supporting systems requirements. Software design/development, systems training, systems training, application testing, systems migration and integration, or developing business user systems requirements. Experience with either technology assessments, decision support, information business services, network design, database design and software requirements definitions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Must be able to analyze business operations and develop automated solutions. Must possess strong human relations and communication skills, planning, and organizing abilities. Will be expected to collaborate with system users and technical developers."

Preferred Qualifications

Technology preferred: Full stack .NET SQL HTML GitHub Restful APIs JSON. This position will be hybrid in Collierville TN and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. Relocation assistance may be available based on business need.
