Under moderate supervision, you will take concepts from idea to production, mentor junior staff, and present findings to management. This hybrid role requires strong analytics, programming, and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics or Finance.
• Five (5) years of work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, and/or predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in analytics software and applications. Good interpersonal skills. Good written and oral communication skills.

Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics or Finance. Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.

Minimum Experience
Five (5) years of work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, and/or predictive analytics.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficiency in analytics software and applications. Good interpersonal skills. Good written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: The preferred location for this hybrid position is Pittsburgh PA, Memphis TN or Plano TX. However, we will consider candidates based elsewhere within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). Candidates residing within 50 miles of a FedEx campus will be required to work on-site at a FedEx location several times per week.

Pay:

Additional Details: Support air network design, optimization, and deployment. Partner with stakeholders to plan capacity, onboard business, expand segments, and drive profitable growth. Analyze performance to deliver improvements; air planning experience preferred.
