Federal Express Corporation is seeking a strategic analyst to evaluate objectives, formulate direction, and support decision making through data analytics and trend assessment. You will develop analyses, manage business case development, risk assessments, and change management planning while collaborating with peers across FedEx to provide fact-based recommendations in cross-functional settings.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in strategy/analyses, with strong MS Office skills

• Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in business, communications, marketing, accounting, finance, information systems or other related business fields.
• Four (4) years related work experience with work experience in strategy development, competitive/customer/industry analysis, change management, communications, training, and/or support of corporate development/strategic value assessment activities.

Essential Duties

• With limited supervision plans, organizes, and develops analyses/assessments grounded in deep understanding of business trends, stakeholder groups, and/or change impacts.
• Develops and implements business analyses, manages business case development, risk assessments, change management planning, and/or other project work.
• Develops strategic frameworks and manages processes to build business scenarios.
• Collaborates with peers across the global FedEx enterprise on identified priorities and contributes clear fact based recommendations.
• Participates in cross-functional meetings and provides insight/guidance to peers/managers across FedEx.
• Interfaces with teams across the enterprise to discuss the impact of changes resulting from strategic recommendations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in business, communications, marketing, accounting, finance, information systems or other related business fields.

Minimum Requirements

Four (4) years related work experience with work experience in functions focused on strategy development, competitive, customer, or industry analysis, change management, communications, training, and/or support of corporate development/strategic value assessment activities. Directly related advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Demonstrated business acumen and experience of supporting strategic assessments that are transformational in nature including understanding the impact of technology trends on business.
• Strong analytical skills including quantitative business problem solving.
• Experience with MS Office (or similar) products for use in presentations and data analysis.
• Strong human relations skills.

Pay Transparency

This is a hybrid position located in Memphis, TN., Plano, TX., and Pittsburgh, PA. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx campus location several times per week.

Pay

Pay range: $6,511.62 - $10,744.16. Plano, TX. and Pittsburgh, PA. Pay range $6,854.33 - $11,309.65
