FedEx Logistics seeks a strategic business analyst to evaluate objectives, analyze trends, and support decision making through data-driven insights. This hybrid role involves collaboration with teams across the FedEx enterprise and requires strong analytical abilities.

In Memphis, Plano, or Pittsburgh, you will plan analyses, develop business cases, lead change management, and translate strategies into action while engaging stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, communications, marketing, accounting, finance, information systems or related field.
• Four (4) years related work experience with strategy development, analysis, change management, and/or corporate development activities.
• Demonstrated business acumen and experience supporting transformational strategic assessments.

Evaluates strategic objectives, formulates strategic direction, and supports decision making based on assessment of business trends and data analytics.

Essential Duties

• With limited supervision plans, organizes, and develops analyses/assessments grounded in deep understanding of business trends, stakeholder groups, and/or change impacts.
• Develops and implements business analyses, manages business case development, risk assessments, change management planning, and/or other project work.
• Develops strategic frameworks and manages processes to build business scenarios.
• Collaborates with peers across the global FedEx enterprise on identified priorities and contributes clear fact based recommendations.
• Participates in cross-functional meetings and provides insight/guidance to peers/managers across FedEx.
• Interfaces with teams across the enterprise to discuss the impact of changes resulting from strategic recommendations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in business, communications, marketing, accounting, finance, information systems or other related business fields.

Minimum Requirements

Four (4) years related work experience with work experience in functions focused on strategy development, competitive, customer, or industry analysis, change management, communications, training, and/or support of corporate development/strategic value assessment activities. Directly related advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Demonstrated business acumen and experience of supporting strategic assessments that are transformational in nature including understanding the impact of technology trends on business.

Strong analytical skills including quantitative business problem solving.

Experience with MS Office (or similar) products for use in presentations and data analysis.

Strong human relations skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Change certificate

PROSCI certification

Experience with PMP

Project management

Robust knowledge of leading change management and/or internal communications practices

Experience working as part of a project team to execute change management, communications, or training activities

Strong interpersonal skills

Pay Transparency:

This is a hybrid position located in Memphis, TN., Plano, TX., and Pittsburgh, PA. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx campus location several times per week.

Pay:

Pay range: $6,511.62 - $10,744.16. Plano, TX. and Pittsburgh, PA. Pay range $6,854.33 - $11,309.65
