The Ladders is seeking a Business System Analyst Lead to drive analysis, design, configuration, testing, and support for SAP Sales and Distribution focused order-to-cash and pricing processes. This remote role partners with stakeholders to translate needs into requirements and ensure data integrity across enterprise systems.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship. Compensation: $103,800 – $139,200 annually.

Qualifications

• Advanced SAP Sales and Distribution expertise, especially in Order-to-Cash and pricing.
• Experience with third‑party ordering system integration and SAP finance integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex business issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field with 8+ years of experience.

This role will lead the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and support of complex business systems that enable critical order-to-cash and pricing processes. The position partners closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, while serving as a key subject-matter expert for SAP Sales and Distribution.
