Join one of the world’s largest NAV/BC Manufacturing end users as they embark on a 3 year migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This is a unique opportunity to become the go-to in-house NAV/BC Support Developer, contributing to both operational stability and global strategic transformation. You’ll be joining a team of passionate NAV/BC professionals, all committed to making this transition a success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for NAV and Business Central, resolving complex system errors and user issues.
  • Troubleshoot and correct NAV/BC data directly in SQL tables when necessary.
  • Investigate and advise users on NAV/BC process errors, helping them resolve issues independently where possible.
  • Respond to requests for NAV Change Log data to identify change history and user actions.
  • Manage user requests for data changes in NAV tables.
  • Resolve miscellaneous NAV/BC issues including label-related problems and ticket escalations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business users to gather requirements and deliver BA-level solutions.
  • Serve as the internal expert and first-line support, reducing reliance on external partners during the migration.
  • Contribute to the global BC rollout as both a developer and functional resource.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Hands-on expertise in C/AL and AL development languages (both preferred; one acceptable).
  • Strong BA capabilities — experience working directly with end users, analyzing issues, and providing support.
  • Solid understanding of NAV/BC architecture and support processes.
  • Prior experience working in a helpdesk environment supporting NAV/BC users.
  • NAV Developer and Application Specialist certifications strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable working independently, proactively owning the NAV/BC support function.
