You will analyze functions across accounting, production, inventory, distribution, finance, marketing and HR; work with ERP developers to design and document solutions; test processes; and maintain user documentation.

The role involves post‑implementation support and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Develop plans to test business and functional processes during development and QA testing.
• Track changes to specifications; create/update user documentation and procedures (Work Routines, Flow Charts, etc.).
• Monitor post‑implementation issues and revision requests; keep supervisor updated on progress and issues.
• Provide input for time/cost estimates and planning activities for projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze business functions to develop new or modified information processing systems. Areas of specific functional expertise may include accounting, production, inventory control, distribution, cost analysis, finance, marketing and human resources.
• Possess technical and functional aptitude in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures. Consult with business unit management and personnel to identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, data scope, usage, formatting, and security requirements.
• Consult and coordinate with ERP developers and other IT department staff to design and develop automated business systems. Write and maintain functional specifications for new or modified business systems. Provide good documentation on requests for technical assistance in areas such as reports, queries and security solutions.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement plans to test business and functional processes during system development and quality assurance testing.
• Track and document changes to functional and business specifications. Create and update user documentation, instructions, and procedures. i.e. Work Routines, Flow Charts and other documentation.
• Monitors, documents and resolves post-implementation issues and revision requests.
• Track activities and keep supervisor updated on progress, issues and successes on a timely basis. i.e. Meeting agendas, weekly contact reports etc.
• Provide input for time and cost estimates for projects and activities. Provide input for planning activities such as wave planning and preparation.

Education:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent, required.
