Bank of America’s Specialized Servicing and Fulfillment Operations (SSFO) is seeking a Business Support Manager II to provide operational support across the business. You will handle routine deliverables, manage communications, vendor relationships, and support governance, audits, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of delivering executive‑level communications and presentations in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years managing end-to-end business facets: financial management, project management, governance, operations and executive coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills to use data to enhance efficiency and develop reporting to drive insights.

Responsibilities

  • Produce high quality presentations and management information for senior management.
  • Serve as Primary Point of Contact for Business Controls including vendor management, SPI oversight & controls, issues management, audits/exams, complaints review, policy reviews.
  • Coordinate communication projects and employee engagement events.
  • Develop relationships with lines of business and support partners; contribute to operational efficiency improvements.
  • Ad hoc and special projects as needed.

The SSFO Team is seeking a Business Support Manager II to provide operational support for all functional areas within the business. The role will handle routine deliverables and other diverse administrative functions which requires a thorough knowledge of the department's or business unit's functional operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment. The candidate will be comfortable working in a team setting and producing independent work product and completing assignments within deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Produce high quality presentations and management information for senior management
  • Serve as Primary Point of Contact for Business Controls including:
  • Vendor Management
  • SPI Oversight & Controls
  • Issues Management
  • Audits/Exams
  • Complaints review
  • Policy/Standard Reviews
  • Research and analysis on escalated items, providing detailed response and subject matter expertise
  • Coordinate communication projects, e.g. town halls, off‑sites and employee engagement
  • Coordinate ad hoc cross‑functional working groups
  • Develop relationships with lines of business and key support partners
  • Proactively contribute to the improvement of operational efficiency and internal processes
  • Ad hoc and special projects
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience handling multiple facets of an end‑to‑end business: financial management, project management, governance, operations and technology management, and executive routine coordination
  • Strong analytical skills, with an investigative mindset and ability to use data to enhance efficiency and develop reporting to drive business insights
  • Strong partnership and relationship management skills; ability to work and effectively communicate across functions and organizational lines/levels
  • Prior experience managing multiple projects and adjusting to changing deadlines
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to present key messages, effective recommendations, and information in a clear, concise, insightful, and influential way
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail
  • Ability to think strategically across the organization to identify opportunities to improve overall performance efficiency
  • Flexibility -- ability to adjust to changing/competing priorities
  • Ability to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently
  • Excellent written / verbal communication skills and executive presence
  • Advanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Extremely organized/excellent time management skills with ability to manage and prioritize competing priorities
  • Proven ability to develop executive ready communications and presentations that synthesize data and tell the story
  • Self‑starter, high energy, and detail oriented; ability to work with minimal supervision
