Job summary

System One is seeking a Business Support Coordinator, Customer Logistics in Ewing, NJ for a 6-month contract hybrid role. The position focuses on customer communications, order entry and fulfillment across Transportation, Warehousing, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities include resolving shipment issues, maintaining customer master data with Master Data Management, and ensuring accurate data and timely responses.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required with 5+ years of demonstrated customer service experience OR BS degree from an accredited institution with some work experience
• Ability to be hybrid in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• Work schedule up to 40 hours per week

Job Title: Business Support Coordinator, Customer Logistics

Location: Ewing, NJ

Type: Contract (6 months, possible extension)

Compensation: $25/hour

Contractor Work Model: Hybrid (In Office: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Hours: Monday through Friday (8AM to 430PM)
