Job summary

Atlantic Group is seeking a senior-level Business Transformation professional in New York to bridge business and technology across a high-visibility program. You will analyze workflows, translate requirements for delivery teams, and lead complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives from planning through execution.

Responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders, leveraging AI to accelerate outcomes, and driving adoption through effective change management and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or similar graduate degree preferred.
• 6–12 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, business systems, project management, or technology implementation within financial services, asset management, investment banking, or consulting.
• Strong experience gathering requirements, process mapping, business analysis, quality assurance, and technology delivery.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills with experience using project management tools, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude) to improve productivity, documentation, analysis, and workflow automation.
• Exposure to accounting, CRM, front-office, investment operations, or back-office systems; familiarity with SQL, VBA, or coding is a plus.
• Highly organized, intellectually curious, collaborative, and proactive with exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers on solution design, data models, user interfaces, testing, and implementation while ensuring business requirements are met.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, testing, workflow automation, and project delivery.
• Drive user adoption through training, communication, rollout planning, and organizational change management initiatives.
• Reengineer existing business processes, challenge the status quo, and implement scalable solutions that improve productivity and enhance the user experience.
• Work closely with Investment, Finance, Operations, Technology, and external vendors to deliver strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Maintain project documentation, risk registers, issue logs, project repositories, and support day-to-day project coordination activities.
