This highly visible role serves as the bridge between business and technology, leading process improvements, managing complex projects, gathering business requirements, and driving technology-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate combines business analysis, project management, and technology expertise with strong communication skills and a passion for leveraging AI to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities as the Business Solutions Manager

• Business Analysis: Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, document functional specifications, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Technology Solutions: Collaborate with development teams to design, test, and implement technology solutions while ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into technical deliverables.
• Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional technology and business transformation initiatives by managing project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate existing workflows, recommend process enhancements, and implement technology-driven solutions that improve productivity, scalability, and business performance.
• AI & Innovation: Utilize AI tools and automation technologies to streamline documentation, analysis, testing, project management, and business processes while identifying new opportunities for innovation.
• Change Management: Support solution adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, communications, user acceptance testing, and ongoing post-implementation support.

Qualifications for the Business Solutions Manager

• Education: Bachelor's degree is required. MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience: 6–12 years of experience in management consulting, business systems, product management, project management, business transformation, or technology strategy within asset management, financial services, consulting, or a related industry is required.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives, business process reengineering, change management, business analysis, and digital transformation within complex organizations is required. Experience in asset management, private equity, banking, or financial services is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. Experience with project management tools, enterprise technology platforms, and AI tools to improve workflows and productivity is required.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, solve complex business problems, lead cross-functional initiatives, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
