Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services, a Roth Staffing Companies business line, seeks a Business Solutions Manager in the San Jose, CA area. This largely virtual role focuses on developing client bases and expanding opportunities through end-to-end recruitment and full-sales cycles.

You will engage with clients remotely, leveraging video and in-person meetings to promote workforce staffing solutions. Strong business acumen, B2B selling experience, and a Bachelor’s or transferable degree are preferred.
