Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience supporting, configuring, or implementing enterprise business applications.
• Experience coordinating with external software vendors on support escalations.
• Hands-on involvement in system implementation or migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer migration workstreams during mergers and acquisitions.
• Support smart meter deployment initiatives and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Design, build, and test system integrations between enterprise applications.
• Serve as the first line of support for end users across business applications.

Skills
