Job summary

Autoliv United States is hiring a Business Solutions Advanced Specialist to partner with Finance stakeholders on digital solutions that improve performance and data visibility. You will lead finance application projects, manage data requests, and validate data in Snowflake while coordinating with technical teams.

Role includes day-to-day JDE Finance support, training, issue resolution, and creating financial reports with SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience supporting Finance apps and processes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise app environments and IT systems.
• Proven ability to coordinate initiatives and drive projects to completion.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across business and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Finance application projects, including change management, QA testing, Jira coordination, server security updates, and process improvements.
• Serve as Data Domain Lead, managing data requests, defining requirements, overseeing data product development, validating data in Snowflake, and coordinating with tech teams.
• Provide day-to-day support for JDE Finance modules and related apps, including user training, issue resolution, knowledge base, and Crystal Reports.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes by resolving posting issues, reconciling, validating data, and minimizing disruptions.
• Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, SQL queries, and analytics while ensuring data integrity for audits and metrics.

In this role you will beresponsible for partnering with Finance stakeholders to identify, design, and implement digital solutions that improve business performance, operational efficiency, data visibility, and decision-making.

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

• Lead and support Finance application projects and enhancements, including change management, QA testing, Jira coordination, server security updates, and continuous process improvements.

• Serve as Data Domain Lead, managing data requests, defining requirements, overseeing data product development, validating data in Snowflake, and coordinating with technical teams to deliver business solutions.

• Provide day-to-day support for JDE Finance modules and related applications, including user training, issue resolution, knowledge base maintenance, and Crystal Reports development and support.

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes by resolving transaction posting issues, investigating reconciliations, validating financial data, and minimizing business disruptions.

• Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, SQL queries, and data analytics solutions, ensuring data integrity while supporting financial analysis, audits, reconciliations, reporting, and operational metrics.

If you have/are:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience supporting Finance business processes and applications.

• Strong understanding of business application architecture, IT systems, and enterprise application environments.

• Proven project management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate initiatives and drive projects through completion.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.

• Fast learner with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of independently following issues to resolution, and able to travel throughout the USA, Canada and Mexico as needed for onsite support and troubleshooting.
