Autoliv is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams through all phases of automotive product development and launches. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, suppliers and program management to ensure timely and profitable program delivery.

In this role you will beresponsible for leading all phases of program development, coordinating cross-functional teams, and collaborating with multiple departments across Autoliv and customer organizations to ensure successful program execution, alignment, and delivery.

• Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of product and process development, ensuring successful project execution and program launches.
• Manage project scope, timing, budget, deliverables, and profitability targets while driving accountability across the project team.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, suppliers, and program management functions to achieve customer and internal milestones.
• Serve as the primary interface with customers, providing project updates, supporting design reviews, and resolving program-related issues.
• Drive project execution in accordance with the Autoliv Product Development System (APDS), maintaining project schedules, risk management activities, and launch readiness.

If you have/are:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience leading or participating in automotive product launches within a cross-functional project environment.
• Strong project management and engineering background with the ability to manage schedules, budgets, risks, and project financials.
• Proven problem-solving, organizational, and influential leadership skills with the ability to drive results across diverse teams.
• Advanced English communication skills required; Spanish and/or German language skills are a plus.
