Job summary

Autoliv United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead all phases of program development and coordinate cross-functional teams across departments and customer organizations. You will oversee scope, timing, budgets, and profitability targets, while driving schedules and launch readiness under the APDS framework.

You will Interface with customers, provide updates, support design reviews, and manage risks. English proficiency is essential; additional Spanish or German skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Experience leading or participating in automotive product launches within a cross-functional project environment.
• Strong project management and engineering background with the ability to manage schedules, budgets, risks, and project financials.
• Proven problem-solving, organizational, and influential leadership skills with the ability to drive results across diverse teams.
• Advanced English communication skills required; Spanish and/or German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for leading all phases of program development, coordinating cross-functional teams, and collaborating with multiple departments across Autoliv and customer organizations to ensure successful program execution, alignment, and delivery.
