Job summary

Westmark Credit Union is seeking a Business Services Implementation Officer in Boise to coordinate onboarding and implementation of standard business services. You will work with Relationship Development Officers, Commercial Lending, Operations, and Digital Banking to ensure a smooth client experience.

You will lead training sessions, educate members on Treasury Management products, and maintain documentation while ensuring timelines and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Two+ years of experience in a financial institution are required.
• Experience with business accounts preferred; Treasury Management experience preferred.
• Business Online Banking experience preferred.
• Commercial lending or business banking support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routine onboarding for new business members and implement standard business products and services.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy; obtain required agreements and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate standard implementations (ACH Origination, Positive Pay, Business Online Banking, Wire Origination, user administration, account permissions, business debit cards).
• Maintain implementation checklists; monitor timelines and communicate status to members and internal teams.
• Coordinate with internal departments and service providers to ensure timely service setup.
• Escalate complex implementation issues to senior team members or appropriate department.
• Schedule and conduct routine implementation meetings and Business Online Banking training.
• Educate business members on products, services, features, and procedures; provide educational materials.
• Respond to routine questions and provide ongoing support for implemented services.
• Maintain accurate implementation and business service records; track utilization and follow-ups.
• Follow CIP/BSA requirements and protect confidential member information.
