Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively interact with members to build relationships of trust.
• Provide excellent member service by greeting members and identifying needs.
• Assist with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution.
• Educate members about credit union products and services.
• Accurately process transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
• Handle cash securely and maintain records.
• Cross-sell loans, credit cards, and savings solutions.
• Open and maintain member accounts (checking, savings, IRA, certificates).
• Guide members through consumer lending processes and explain terms.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve member issues with patience and professionalism.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve questions.
