The Dallas YMCA is currently seeking a passionate self-starter to fill our Business Services Coordinator - Membership and Programs role. This position works directly with our branches and programs, supporting them by performing business functions for an exceptional membership and program experience. This position offices out of our Association Office in Coppell, Texas.
The Dallas YMCA is the 12th largest YMCA in North America and serves over 250,000 people annually through programs such as teen outreach, aquatics, youth sports, childcare and health and wellness. These programs are administered in our 16 branches and 2 resident camps across the metroplex.
General Function
The role provides exceptional customer service, good judgement and is someone who takes initiative. This role works with 2-3 assigned branches and/or programs to retain members, increase satisfaction, support smooth financial transactions, and helps answer questions about our POS system.
Building relationships is a key skill needed to work with staff at branches, members of our YMCA and the department teams.

Essential Functions
Pay Rate
Starts at $16.00 per hour, 40 hours per week.
This position is 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday.
This position is in office at the Coppell YMCA.
