Are you a people-first sales professional who thrives in consultative conversations and wants to create real impact? We’re looking for a Business Sales Consultant to join our team in Orlando, FL, helping organizations develop their teams through tech education and upskilling.

This is not your average sales role — you’ll be working with purpose, guiding business leaders to the right learning solutions while building long-term value and relationships.

This is an hybrid position with in-person meetings, workshops, and events required in the Orlando area.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage and qualify inbound B2B leads
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges and identify fit
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to business stakeholders
  • Develop and nurture opportunities throughout the sales cycle
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and effectively manage negotiations
  • Keep sales pipeline and forecasts up to date in CRM (preferably HubSpot)
  • Participate in on-site events, workshops, and executive meetings in the Orlando area

What You Bring

  • Experience in B2B consultative sales.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Strong ability to understand client needs and recommend effective solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a structured sales process and CRM environment.
