Job description

Markets Data, Content Management and Reporting team is part of the Manager’s Control Assessment team in Markets. The team is responsible for Reporting, Analytics, Content Management and Deployment and User Acceptance Testing on behalf of Markets for the Enterprise non-financial risk system functionality.

The successful candidate will mainly be involved in Content Management and Deployment which includes in system data management and running controls to ensure data accuracy and completeness. The candidate will have the opportunity collaborate and work closely with various risk and controls teams within Markets.


Responsibilities:

  • Non-financial risk data capture

  • Identify and escalate system issues and recommend system enhancements and improvements

  • Manage communication with and coordination of support functions

  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives and anticipate impact of system enhancements to team processes

  • Build internal controls to ensure accuracy and timeliness of work deliverables

  • Develop and maintain best practice procedures within Markets

  • Train, coach and guide junior team members where required

  • Assist in ad-hoc reports and special projects as needed

  • Coordinate and manage any Internal Audits and Compliance Assurance as needed

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

  • 3-5 years relevant experience in data management/migration, project management, banking, risk, compliance or audit

  • Experience in working with the various risk and control systems and reporting requirements

  • Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and organizational skills to mobilize and motivate delivery in a co-operative and collaborative working environment

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Experience in process automation and/or data analytics is a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
