Job summary

Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. seeks a Management and Program Specialist 3 in Charleston, SC to leverage IT for complex data systems and align program objectives with financial and regulatory frameworks.

Work will include developing budgets, schedules, and ensuring compliance across multiple funding streams while guiding junior staff. The role requires a Top Secret clearance and a strong background in requirements/knowledge analysis and project management within DoD contexts.

Qualifications

• Ten years of IT experience building/integrating complex data systems.
• Experience in at least three of: requirements analysis, knowledge analysis, project management, contract schedules/out-year planning, or compliance/program planning.
• Supervision or mentoring of junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Leverage IT to develop/integrate complex data systems aligning programs with budgets and compliance.
• Apply project management procedures and out-year budgeting for multiple funding streams.
• Develop/monitor contract schedules, out-year planning, and POM budgets.
• Ensure program compliance through oversight and regulatory alignment.
• Maintain familiarity with DoD standards (FAR, DFAR, OPM) and supervise junior personnel.
