Job summary

Google is seeking a mid-level Business Program Manager for Platforms Education Impact to own the end-to-end management of our global professional development learning ecosystem. You will align learning platforms, data integrity, and integrations to empower educators and researchers.

The role requires 5+ years in program management, with experience in LMS systems, third-party vendors, and API/LTI integrations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors, defining business requirements, managing agreements, deliverables, and API/LTI integrations.
  • Experience administering learning platform management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the learning management system, credentialing infrastructure, and registration platforms, enabling content program managers to upload new learning paths and labs.
  • Maintain API connections, collaborate with engineers on feature releases and bugs, and ensure data security compliance.
  • Automate cross-platform dashboards and provide weekly/monthly data reports to measure program efficacy.
  • Serve as a technical escalation point for platform issues.

Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors, defining business requirements, managing agreements, deliverables, and API/LTI integrations.
  • Experience administering learning platform management systems.
