Job summary

Google for Education is seeking a highly skilled platform administrator to own the end-to-end administration and optimization of our global professional development learning ecosystem. You will ensure data integrity and system connectivity across core platforms, bridging learning design and learning infrastructure.

This role supports multiple locations including San Francisco, Mountain View, and other U.S. hubs, with opportunities to contribute to Gemini and Workspace initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with third-party vendors, defining business requirements, managing agreements, deliverables, and API/LTI integrations.
  • Experience administering learning platform management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the learning management system, credentialing infrastructure, and registration platforms.
  • Maintain API connections, collaborate with engineers on feature releases and bugs, ensure data security.
  • Automate cross-platform dashboards and provide weekly/monthly data reports to measure program efficacy.
  • Serve as a technical escalation point for platform issues.

Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

  • Experience administering learning platform management systems.
Preferred qualifications
  • Program Management certification or experience in program management with a technology company.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.

  • Demonstrated administrative experience with intellum (or comparable enterprise LMS solutions) and digital credential platforms like accredible or credly.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $136000 - $196000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.

  • Maintain API connections, collaborate with engineers on feature releases and bugs, and ensure data security compliance.
