Base pay range

Job Title: Business Program Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Business Program Manager to support procurement and operational processes for key business functions. This remote position will play a critical role in managing procurement activities, maintaining budget oversight, and ensuring compliance with spend tracking and vendor engagements. The ideal candidate will have experience working with software licensing, data feeds, and procurement workflows within a corporate environment—preferably in tech.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for contracts and agreements, including SOWs, renewals, POs, and vendor onboarding
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, procurement, finance, and vendors
• Track and report monthly spend, providing analysis, insights, and variance commentary to business leads
• Oversee and manage software license procurement and renewals, ensuring timely renewals and usage optimization
• Administer data feed subscriptions, manage vendor access and monitor usage to ensure alignment with business needs
• Support audit requests and maintain documentation to ensure procurement and financial compliance
• Maintain and update procurement dashboards and financial trackers in collaboration with finance teams

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in business operations, procurement, program management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract lifecycle management
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools; experience with Power BI a plus
• Familiarity with software licensing and SaaS procurement preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working in a remote, cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting technology teams or enterprise programs (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365, etc.)
• Knowledge of Microsoft procurement and finance systems (e.g., MSFT Ariba, MS Procurement Portal)
