Job summary

Marie Curie is seeking a proactive Business Product Support Officer to support Optima and broader workforce systems. You will work with the Business Product Lead to improve frontline services and rostering practices.

You will maintain data accuracy, manage user access, respond to queries, and assist with upgrades. The role demands Optima expertise, data quality focus, strong communication, and the ability to train and guide staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a key or senior systems user of Optima.
• Strong data quality and system administration knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
