Job summary

Koch Enterprises is seeking a Business Process Supervisor to lead our PBM-driven culture, develop talent, drive transformation, and partner with business leaders across the organization. You will coach your team, safeguard financial controls, and use data-driven insights to steer strategic initiatives.

You’ll oversee supplier onboarding and vendor master data across ERP systems, monitor performance, and build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams; PBM culture experience is a plus.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders across levels and drive initiatives.
• Experience planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach employees to build PBM capability and translate vision into team objectives.
• Provide operational oversight of supplier onboarding and vendor master data across ERP systems; manage workload, throughput, and quality.
• Use data and analytics to monitor operations, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable decisions.
• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and process standards, safeguarding assets and closing gaps.
