Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) seeks a Business Process Specialist to support the Operations team, coordinating initiatives, training, onboarding, monitoring and reporting. You will help maintain procedures, track compliance, and assist with special projects tied to training and system functionality.

The role requires 3+ years in insurance agency/brokerage (P&C), a valid P&C license or ability to obtain within 90 days, and strong MS Office proficiency.

Qualificações

• Minimum of three (3) years previous insurance agency/brokerage experience in Property & Casualty required
• Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Advanced knowledge of the agency operational procedures and the agency management system required
• Advanced in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel required
• Associate or Bachelor's degree or industry equivalent preferred
• Experience in project management and knowledge of associated systems ideal
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

A day in the life.

As our Business Process Specialist on the Operations team, you'll be supporting the Regional Operations Team in keeping things running smoothly; including helping with operational initiatives, maintaining procedures, supporting vendor and outsourcing coordination, and assisting with training, task management, onboarding, monitoring, and reporting. The role also works closely with the team to communicate workflows, track compliance through metrics and Smartsheet, support continuous improvement, manage Smartsheet updates, gather research and data for projects, and help with special projects tied to training, system functionality, and strategic operations.

• Minimum of three (3) years previous insurance agency/brokerage experience in Property & Casualty required

The applicable base salary range for this role is $48,400 to $90,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
