Qualifications

• Experience developing requirements, workflows, and gap analyses for enterprise solutions.
• Education background preferred.
• Experience with state or federal reporting preferred.
• Power BI, Tableau, or SQL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Analyze current-state and future-state processes; create process maps and gap analyses.
• Collaborate with leaders, developers, vendors, and project teams to align solutions.
• Provide process improvement recommendations and ensure end-user needs are met.
• Maintain timely information and act as liaison between stakeholders and IT teams.
