Job summary

LINC Education seeks an experienced online educator (LINC Fellow) to support Masters-level programs taught by partner universities in Australia and Asia. The contractor will guide students in BPM, process modelling, and analysis, leveraging LMS and LINCtrac platforms.

Strong cross-cultural communication is essential, with availability for IST morning sessions and timely email responses. Ideal candidates have 3+ years teaching experience, 2+ years corporate background, and excellent English

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctoral Qualifications in ICT-related field.
• 2+ years corporate experience in relevant field and 3+ years of teaching experience are MUST.
• Empathetic, warm and outgoing personality with cross-cultural collaboration.
• Proficient in English with excellent oral and written communication.
• Must have a laptop and reliable internet access (>10 Mbps).
• Available online Monday/Tuesday for sessions between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM IST; responsive to student queries within 6 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter guidance to 30–35 undergraduate online students.
• Support in academic writing, research, and time management skills.
• Guide on reference materials relevant to courses.
• Conduct a 2-hour session on Monday/Tuesday.
• Grade assessments with detailed long-form feedback.

As an experienced online educator (LINC Fellow), the candidate will work as an independent contractor of LINC and serve a diverse international student body for Masters-level programs studying at premier Australian and Asian universities. Candidate must possess strong knowledge of business process management and process modelling techniques, particularly in analysing and improving organisational operations through conceptual frameworks and digital tools. They should be able to support students in process mapping, BPMN modelling, and qualitative and quantitative process analysis, while enabling practical problem-solving and continuous process improvement in business environments.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Masters or Doctoral Qualifications in ICT-related field;
• At least 2+ years of corporate experience and 3+ years of teaching experience in the relevant fields is a MUST (Note: Experience and Knowledge in BPM or Systems Design);
• Empathetic, ambitious, warm and outgoing personality willing to work closely with people from diverse cultures;
• Proficient in English language; excellent oral and written communication
• Must possess a working laptop and have access to high-speed (>10 MBPS) stable internet connection;
• Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms for interacting with students, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac (training on these platforms will be provided). The candidate must be available Monday/Tuesday for online sessions between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM (IST), and they are required to be available to answer student queries via email within 6 hours after lectures throughout the week.
