Job summary

LINC Education seeks an experienced online educator (LINC Fellow) to join as an independent contractor. You will guide Masters-level students studying at premier Australian and Asian universities, providing analytics reporting and data visuals to generate insights.

Availability for online sessions is Mon/Tue 8:30–14:30 IST, with timely email responses throughout the week. You will mentor 30-35 students, help with academic skills, and assess work, while using the LMS and LINCtrac platforms.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctoral with distinction or first-class from a top university in India.
• At least 5 years of corporate experience and 3+ years of teaching experience in relevant fields.
• Empathetic, ambitious, warm and outgoing personality with diverse-cultural sensitivity.
• Proficient in English with excellent spoken and written communication.
• Working laptop with high-speed internet (>10 Mbps).
• Able to learn and use LMS and LINCtrac platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter guidance to 30-35 undergraduate online students.
• Support development of academic writing, research and time management skills.
• Guide on relevant reference materials for coursework.
• Conduct 2-hour online sessions on Monday/Tuesday.
• Mark assessments with long-form feedback.
• Manage discussion forums and provide proactive student support.

As an experienced online educator (LINC Fellow), the candidate will work as an independent contractor of LINC and serve a diverse international student body for Masters-level programs studying at premier Australian and Asian universities.

Candidate must possess strong knowledge of business analytics reporting and data visualisation techniques, particularly in transforming business data into meaningful insights and professional reports. They should be able to support students in identifying business needs, analysing data, developing recommendations, and communicating findings effectively through strategic use of data visualisation and reporting tools.

The candidate must be available Monday/Tuesday for online sessions between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM (IST), and they are required to be available to answer student queries via email within 6 hours after lectures throughout the week.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Masters or Doctoral Qualifications in Business Administration, Management, Communication and/or related field with distinction or first-class from a top university in India;
• At least 5 years of corporate experience and 3+ years of teaching experience in the relevant fields is a MUST (Note: Experience and knowledge in Business Analytics required);
• Empathetic, ambitious, warm and outgoing personality willing to work closely with people from diverse cultures;
• Proficient in English language; excellent oral and written communication
• Must possess a working laptop and have access to high-speed (>10 MBPS) stable internet connection;
• Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms for interacting with students, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac (training on these platforms will be provided).
