You will bridge business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams, guiding governance, dashboards, and data models while leveraging Signavio, ARIS, and Celonis to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field with strong BPM/process mining foundations.
• 4–6 years hands-on experience in Process Mining / BPM technology.
• Experience with SAP Signavio, ARIS Process Mining or Celonis is preferred.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills; familiarity with APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise process intelligence strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Advise clients on process mining adoption to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Define KPI frameworks, analytical methodologies and value realization models.
• Guide teams in dashboards, data models, event logs, and reporting structures.

We are seeking an experienced BPM Technology Lead / Senior Consultant to lead process intelligence, workflow automation (Low/No-code) and business transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. This role serves as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders, executive leadership, enterprise architects, and technical delivery teams, ensuring process mining and BPM solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Business Process Management (BPM), Process Mining, Enterprise Architecture, Workflow Automation, and Transformation Consulting with the ability to translate operational data into actionable business insights. This role provides strategic direction, solution oversight, and advisory leadership across client engagements.

As a trusted advisor, you will help organizations understand how their processes perform, identify opportunities for optimization, establish governance frameworks, and develop transformation roadmaps that drive operational excellence and value realization.

Key Responsibilities

Process Mining Implementation

• L ead the definition and delivery of enterprise process intelligence strategies that align operational performance with business objectives.
• Advise clients on the adoption and utilization of process mining technologies to improve efficiency, compliance, customer experience, and financial performance.
• Define process mining approaches, KPI frameworks, analytical methodologies, and value realization models.
• Guide consulting and technical teams in the design of dashboards, process mining data models, event logs, and reporting structures.
• Translate process mining insights into executive-level recommendations, business cases, and transformation opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops with business leaders and process owners to identify root causes, performance gaps, and improvement priorities.
• Establish governance approaches for process intelligence, process transparency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure analytical outputs are aligned with strategic decision-making requirements and measurable business outcomes

Workflow Configuration & Automation

• Provide oversight and definition of Process Governance workflows
• Configure forms, approval flows, SLAs, and escalation mechanisms
• Support integration of workflows with external systems via APIs
• Assist in governance and compliance automation initiatives

Technical Development & Integration

• Hands-on experience with data extractors using SQL and APIs
• Develop scripts for process model conversions from ARIS to Signavio and vice versa
• Support integration with SAP ERP and other enterprise systems

Project Management & Delivery

• Lead technical workstreams within larger transformation programs
• Advise senior consultants and architects on solution design
• Support client workshops with technical expertise
• Document technical configurations and data models
• Contribute to internal best practices and reusable components

Skills and Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Solid understanding of the Discipline of Business Process Management
• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in Process Mining / BPM technology
• Practical experience with at least one of the following: SAP Signavio incl. Process Intelligence and Process Governance; ARIS Process Mining (PPM); Celonis;
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling experience
• Understanding of REST APIs and enterprise system integration
• Programming knowledge in Java or Python is a plus
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in ARIS, SAP Signavio or Celonis
• Experience with dashboarding tools (Power BI, ARIS Dashboarding, Qlik, etc)
• Exposure to SAP ERP Landscapes
• Experience in Process Automation Initiatives
