We are seeking a BPM Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in process mining platforms, workflow configuration, Enterprise Architecture Management and data integration. This role focuses on the technical implementation and customization of process mining and BPM solutions. The ideal candidate combines solid SQL and scripting skills with practical experience in configuring enterprise BPM tools and supporting workflow automation initiatives.

What You’ll be Doing

Process Mining Implementation

• Work with leading platforms such as SAP Signavio, ARIS and Celonis
• Support the implementation of end-to-end process mining solutions
• Configure dashboards, KPIs, and data models in process mining platforms

Workflow Configuration & Automation

• Configure and deploy workflows in SAP Signavio Process Governance
• Implement workflow logic using JavaScript scripting
• Configure forms, approval flows, SLAs, and escalation mechanisms

Technical Development & Integration

• Develop data extractors using SQL and APIs
• Support integration with SAP ERP and other enterprise systems
• Contribute to custom extensions using Java, Python, or JavaScript

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s a plus) and 0–3 years of experience in BPM, digital transformation, or consulting.
• Knowledge or interest in Business Process Management and process modeling (BPMN/EPC preferred).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and attentive to detail with the ability to work across industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Python or SQL is a plus.
