Qualifications

• Passion for business development and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record in business development within consulting or IT services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own early-stage opportunity development with a focus on C-level engagement.
• Nurture relationships with prospects through various outreach activities.
• Support executive-level selling with meeting coordination for senior consultants.
• Coordinate early commercial activities ensuring transition into sales cycles.
• Represent Scheer Americas at industry events to build pipeline.
