Be you, join us. We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales) to join our high-performing pre‑sales team. This role is critical in helping prospective customers understand the power of ARIS, positioning our platform against competitors, and ensuring measurable business value is tied to every engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with Prospects & Customers: Lead discovery workshops to uncover business challenges, process management needs, and digital transformation goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales: Partner with account executives to shape deals, create winning proposals, and drive opportunities to closure.
  • Design & Present Solutions: Develop and deliver compelling demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts (POCs), and solutions that highlight the value of ARIS.
  • Competitive Differentiation: Position ARIS effectively against competitors, articulating clear technical and business advantages.
  • Knowledge Leadership: Provide thought leadership on BPM, process mining, and transformation trends; contribute to internal enablement and customer education.
  • Customer Advocacy: Ensure that solutions presented are aligned with long‑term customer success and scalability.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years in pre‑sales, solutions engineering, or consulting for enterprise software (preferably BPM, Process Mining, or Digital Transformation platforms).
  • Strong understanding of process management, governance, risk & compliance (GRC), automation, and digital transformation practices.
  • Familiarity with BPM platforms, cloud architectures, integration frameworks, and enterprise IT landscapes. Experience with ARIS or similar platforms a strong plus.
  • Ability to link technical capabilities to business outcomes (ROI, efficiency, compliance, risk reduction).
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present to executives (CIOs, CFOs, COOs) as well as business and technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of working cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, product, and professional services teams.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Associate or Leader) are a plus.
Why Join Us
  • Be part of a global leader in BPM and help shape the future of digital transformation.
  • Work with innovative customers across industries tackling complex business challenges.
  • Competitive compensation package with performance incentives.
  • Opportunities for professional growth, continuous learning, and career advancement.
  • A collaborative, innovative, and mission‑driven culture.
