Skyworks Solutions, Inc. in Greensboro seeks a Business Process Integration Intern to contribute to enterprise-wide logistics alignment and process optimization.

You will develop, document, and publish materials for process control, and create reports to support logistics operations and continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with Global Planning, Logistics and Procurement teams to enhance business processes using tools like Appian, Tableau, SAP, and more.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Strong technical writing skills focused on process mapping and training
• Understanding of how label content impacts the supply chain
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to elicit, interpret and implement requirements

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to ensure enterprise-wide logistics alignment
• Create, train, and publish subject matter documents for process and control purposes to achieve Qorvo goals
• Create reports to assist in supporting Logistics operations and continuous improvements
• Analyze data to measure and monitor processes and tools
• Develop reports to track ongoing measurement and monitoring of processes and tools
• Manage specifications for vendor labeling, packing lists and commercial invoices
• Collaborate with Global Planning, Logistics and Procurement to improve existing Bus Processes using system tools like Appian, Monday.com, Tableau, Power Apps/Automate, SAP
• Analyze current business processes and work with Bus Process owners to improve/automate steps using system tools
• Work with IT and cross-functional teams to define system requirements/changes to improve processes
• Provide end-user training and testing support during Bus Processes Management cycles

Skyworks' Business Process Integration Internships are offered in our Technology & Manufacturing (TMG) business group. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the Company.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to ensure enterprise-wide logistics alignment

• Create reports to assist in the process of supporting Qorvo Logistics operations and continuous improvements
  • Analyze data to measure and monitor processes and tools
  • Develop reports to track ongoing measurement and monitoring of processes and tools
• Manage specifications for vendor Labeling, Packing lists and Commercial invoices
• Work with our Global Planning, Logistics and Procurement teams to improve existing Bus Processes using system tools like Appian, Monday.com, Tableau, Power Apps/Automate, SAP, etc.
• Analyze current business processes and work with Bus Process owners to improve/automate steps using system tools/software solutions available in Qorvo.
• Work with our IT department and other cross-functional team members to define system requirements/changes to improve/enhance our business processes.
• Provide end-user training and testing support during the Bus Processes Management cycles.

Required Experience and Skills

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain or coding-related majors
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong technical writing skills focused on process mapping and training
• Reasonable understanding of how label content impacts the supply chain
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to elicit, interpret and implement requirements

The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $29.00 - $49.00 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $23.00 - $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S.
