Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of existing business processes and interdependences with policies and procedures.
• Develop new processes as required to meet business objectives.
• Utilize data-driven analysis to identify inefficiencies, sub-optimal customer/user experience, bottlenecks, and areas for enhancement.
• Align new business processes with existing ones and ensure scalability.
• Conduct thorough testing of business process designs to calibrate accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop actionable improvement plans.
• Leverage system functionalities and technologies to support business objectives.
• Establish key performance indicators to measure business process effectiveness.
• Track and report on progress.
• Address resistance to change and coordinate change management including training/support during process transitions.
• Facilitate the adoption of new business policies and processes across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Generally, a minimum of 10 years of Business Process improvement experience
• Prior Insurance experience preferred
• Completion of or continuing progress toward a professional process improvement designation preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in process mapping
