Entegris Professional Solutions, Inc. in Chaska, MN is seeking an Enterprise Solution Architecture Analyst Co-op for the Spring 2027 season. The role is a full-time, 6-month assignment to support enterprise architecture practices and collaborate with leadership, IT applications, and DevOps teams.

You will help build out reference architecture, incubate emerging technologies, and drive architecture planning, portfolio management, and solution assurance under the director of architecture.

Qualifications

• Exposure to IT applications/infrastructure and ability to communicate across teams.
• Experience authoring, editing and presenting documents; familiar with SharePoint/Teams.
• Experience with Jira usage/configuration, web services and REST APIs, DevOps (GitHub), security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support Reference Architecture process across technologies.
• Incubate emerging technology through demonstratable solutions (Agentic AI, Inference AI, Graph Analytics).
• Design, deployment and effectiveness of global architecture processes including planning, portfolio management, and architecture assurance.
• Collaborate to drive architecture practices across Entegris, including tooling and data reporting.
• Facilitate lifecycle plans and technical diagrams for applications/technologies.

Job Title: Enterprise Solution Architecture Analyst Co-Op

The Role:

Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking an Enterprise Solution Architecture Analyst Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be full-time, 6 months in duration. The Enterprise Solution Architecture Analyst Co-op is responsible for providing the support for the operations of the enterprise architecture practice by collaborating across the business leadership, IT applications, infrastructure, project management portfolio, etc. The role specializes in facilitating the practices of architecture including architecture planning and development (capabilities planning), application & technology portfolio management and solution architecture assurance. You are not expected to be an expert in these areas – you are expected to facilitate and bring the right experts together to drive to completion and outcomes – and being guided by the director of architecture.

What You’ll Do:

• Support building out Reference Architecture process (standards and exceptions) across various technologies
• Incubate emerging technology by building out demonstratable solutions, e.g., Agentic AI, Inference AI, Graph Analytics, etc.
• Accountable for the design, deployment and effectiveness of global architecture processes including architecture planning and development, portfolio management, architecture assurance and innovation
• Support the design, deployment and effectiveness of architecture processes including architecture planning and development (capabilities planning), application & technology portfolio management and solution architecture assurance (working with the Digital Engineering, Data Engineering, DevOps teams)
• Collaborate to drive and influence process, tools, data and reporting to enable architecture practices throughout Entegris
• Facilitate application & technology lifecycle plans with associated technical diagrams
• Facilitate the Application Communication (logical) diagrams for each major business area
• Participate in defining and capturing Capabilities for specific business areas

What We Seek:

• Has had exposure to IT applications and/ or IT infrastructure, an ability to facilitate/ communicate across a wide spectrum from colleagues to IT leadership.
• Proficient in authoring, editing and presenting documents including familiarity with SharePoint/ Teams, desire to learn across multiple workstreams
• Experience with Jira usage/ configuration, web services and REST APIs, DevOps (GitHub), security best practices
• Soft Skills Team leadership and mentoring Cross-cultural communication Strong problem-solving skills Creating and reviewing documentation Ability to communicate technical ideas with non-technical colleagues

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:

Can be a business major (strategy-focused), engineering (any), computer information services. Graduation year 2027 or 2028.

Eligibility:

Must be a currently enrolled student

Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June

Must be familiar with the university’s requirements to participate in a co-op program
