Job summary

The CCS Companies in Salem, NH is seeking a Business Process Analyst to evaluate, measure, document, and monitor business processes. You will design and implement integrated test plans/models and execute these processes to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities include developing test plans, performing User Acceptance Testing, documenting results and defects, and coordinating with business and development teams to ensure alignment with requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with analyzing processes and applying varied analytical approaches.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of priorities and strategy.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Self-starter, versatile and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Quality Assurance/User Acceptance Testing experience is a plus.
• FACS/Ontario Systems/Diver Platform experience is a plus.
• Ability to maintain a predictable, full-time work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement and develop/implement solutions.
• Develop test plans and create test cases based on business requirements.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing and communicate results.
• Document test case execution, test results and defects in detail.
• Facilitate meetings with the Business and development teams to understand requirements.
• Enter non-conformances for items found outside the assigned task.
• Schedule and prioritize work and activities to meet target schedule and quality objectives.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest process/IT advancements.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures and documentation.
