Job summary

JoCo is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business and technology during a large-scale modernization project. You will analyze workflows, define requirements, and support testing to improve efficiency and user experience.

You will partner with stakeholders, document processes, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and coordinate UAT with IT and business teams. A strong communicator with hands-on testing experience will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

Experience in business analysis and process documentation.
Ability to translate objectives into functional specifications and user stories.
Experience coordinating or supporting UAT and test planning.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps or comparable tools used to manage work items.
Strong written and verbal communication across business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Evaluate workflows with stakeholders to identify improvements.
Create process maps, diagrams, and documentation communicating operations.
Translate business objectives into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Clarify requirements with product owners, developers, IT, and business teams.
Create and execute functional testing plans and scripts to verify solutions meet needs.
Coordinate UAT, document defects, monitor remediation, and validate fixes.
Provide clear updates on progress, risks and issues while supporting end-user documentation.
